The main criteria of getting a job at Pick n Pay Longbeach Mall is to have a BAD attitude, every single one the staff, supervisors and management have the same no care, the customer is wrong attitude. 2 weeks ago I had a complaint and asked for the manager to be called, who just did not seem to have the time to come over to see me. Today I was very rudely spoken to by supervisor Jewaya about and incorrectly priced item, after waiting 10 minutes for the manager to be called and having Jewaya talking to all the other staff about my complaint and sniggering to my face, the manager Rene Reagon comes over and tells me that I must not report her behaviour to head office, that he will deal with it, she stands next to me to say I can report her because she has witnesses, I would like to know what witnesses she has, to her own bad behavior, I am the customer, not her! The new Checkers that they are building across the road, can't come soon enough so that I never have to set foot in this store again. Don't think H/O realises how many people in the area feel the same way. But until then, I will stick to shopping at the Steenberg Centre store where they have a fantastic attitude
