My mother and i approached the dis-chem store to buy a product called bergemotensis, this product was priced at R8.49, when we got to the till, it was R20 something rand- the teller called the manager and they went to the floor with me and witnessed that the item was incorrectly priced.
the lady manager said we should be given the items at the price marked, but the teller who clearly owns the dis-chem was not happy with this decision, she then called another female manager who clearly owns the store with her - they are friends... she then looked at us with such attitude and said its not her fault- that almost 30 units of bergemotensis r at the wrong place and priced incorrectly!??
i am sick and tired of dealing with such disgusting narrow minded people when i go shopping in store, why must i face such incompetence and abuse?? I WANT THE SAME NUMBER OF BERGAMENSIS UNITS AT R8 JUST AS I WITNESSED THE PRICING THAT DAY- I HAVE THE SLIP WITH THE NAME OF THE TELLER AND I WANT TO BE SERVED BY HER AND SHE BETTER OPEN UP HER OWN STORE IF SHE WANTS TO CREATE HER OWN RULES.
When i go into a store, i really dont expect to be a spectacle and have to defend myself like this! DISGUSTING
