World class service with a great attitude

We recently purchased a mattress from Dial-a-bed Centurion. We had on previous occasions gone in to the store to have a look at the various options as we was looking to buy a good mattress that would last for many years to come. From the time that we walked in to the store ask advice on the different mattress options to eventually purchasing the mattress 6 months later, we received world class service. The salesman, JP was very friendly and took the time to explain the benefits of each mattress that we enquired about and was very knowledgeable on the products in store.

After placing the order he called to give feedback as to the delivery date and even called me on the day the mattress was being delivered to advise me the time of delivery.

What impressed me the most was that I was running late from work that evening, and when I arrived almost an hour late, the delivery truck was there waiting for me. The guys were very understanding and I appreciated the fact that they would wait for me despite that it was almost 7pm. Thanks guys.
