No Delivery - One month late

I purchased and paid for 2 beds on 11 April 2013 (Invoice:66390). At the time of purchase I was promised delivery 'within 7-10 days". Over a month later the beds have not been delivered. I have followed up telephonically on the delivery a number of times. Initially the response was the beds would be delivered in a few days time. However I have now been informed that I should instead pay an addtionally R1300 to get a different bed set. It appears that Dial-a-bed are selling and receiving payment for goods that they do not have.
