Extremely poor service

I purchased a bed online on 28/06/2013 and was told that the bed would be delivered within 14 days. I have since phoned Dial a Bed on numerous occasions. Last week when I phoned I was told that the bed had been delivered to the Port Elizabeth distribution centre and would be delivered to East London by Friday. Up until oday no delivery has been received. The branch in East London queried the distribution centre this morning and they apparently do not even have the bed in stock. I have phoned Dial a Bed on 3 occasions now over the past week. They keep saying that they will phone me back, but have not bothered to phone me back on either occasion. I paid for this bed on 28 June, so the Ellerines Group are sitting with my money in their bank account and I have nothing to show for it!!!
