So on Friday I went into pop at musgrave to purchase a 4 pack of red bull sugar free. Nothing out of the ordinary and found the product rather easily but when I went to cash out was met with endless problems. Firstly they couldn't scan it in as the barcode was not logged into the system. Was to that this was a new product (but I knew better as I have been buying four pack for over a year now) then even when I was prepared to pay the price of the higher priced flavored ones if need be (as I needed this urgently) I was told they don't do that and they cannot sell me the product. I was very angry at this point and just left that and the other products I was suppose to purchase. I am very upset at the low levels of service at this store. Maybe those shopper points aren't as worth it as I thought and should switch to either checkers or spa
