Learn to talk to clients not at clients

I was the second client after a small boy when she started to open her coin bags and we waited without and apology for waisting our time. She was supposed to give me R10.10 change and she apparently did not have any 10c's but failed to tell me this. She the screamed at the cashier behind her to give her 10c's but I could tell from the body language and her actions afterwards that she was just hinting at me that I was not going to get my ten cents. She then proceeded to assist the next client and I waited for some explanation or apology, nothing, she totally ignored me and proceeds to assist the next customer still no word to me although she saw that I was waiting she even had a supervisor there to override something but did nothing still & I waited. After 4 minutes I gave her 40c and asked her to give me 50c she took it still no word. I waited a further 4 mins to have her finish with the customer and open her till. My husband was angry at the fuss I made over 10cents, but it was never about the coin it was just me expecting to be treated with COURTESY that's all.
