I would like to say that Debonairs at Sandton City have the worst people working there. They just dont give a for anyone. There service is pathetic. I phoned in at 11:30am to place an order for 1:30pm. When i got there, I stood behind a customer who had two cashiers by him, so i waited and waited. The one cashier then went away to another till ignoring me. She then helped another customer who just walked in. I waited sum more and then walked over to that cashier. She then started helping the next customer to which i told her that i was waiting for quite a while. I also told her that i was running late. She just stared at me and then looked at the other customer and started helping her and talking in her own language. I also asked her to see the manager and she ignored me. I then left as i was now really late. The best part is they didnt even contact me to find out why i didnt pick up the order. Nice hey. Not even an apologie
