I waited for the take away outlets at the food court in carnival city to open, they supposed to open at 10am. 10:15 I went to anat and asked the lady when they were going to open. She said I should give her 5 minutes and she will open. At 10:30 I went and asked again and was told they will open "just now". I complained and then the lady in front shouted to the man in the back who then came and opened. I didn't even receive an apology, I was so appalled that we went next door and ate at wimpy. The service is disgusting and somebody needs to do something about it.
