Very poor management & indecent customer service

Yesterday I had a really very bad shopping experience. I went to Cambridge to buy a few items. on weekend. My change was supposed to be R74.05, I was given R74.00 and continued to speak to her colleaque whom she was exchanging change with. She then closed her drawer and served another customer. I wasn't happy with that. Then I politely told her that next time time she must learn to at least show some respect and explain to the customer if she wouldn't be able to give a full change. Amazingly, she ignored me as if I was not talking to her and carried on with the next customer. I then demanded my five cents. She said she won, t cause she doesn't have. I asked her to call the manager or supervisor. She denied. Instead she stood up, went to the kiosk to ask for a five cent coin and couldn't find. I said to the cashier I 'm not gonna wait forever for 5 cents, that she give me 10cents rather. She said I must go and die, throwing her hand at me, cause she won't be short because of me. I then raised my voice to get her senior's attention. Management came & told me to shut up. I then asked for the cashier's name and they refused me, but I got it from the till slip. UNPLEASANT ATTUTUDE!!
