I'm a very very disappointed first time buyer. Almost a month after paying for an order I still haven't received it and to top it all off I just got a call now basically informing me I've been waiting for sweet all as I'll be refunded my money because there's no stock. Wow. After waiting this long? And to top it all off she tells me that as a way of saying sorry they're giving me a free delivery voucher. Like really? As if I'll be buying ANYTHING from runwaysale ever again. You make a customer wait this long then tell her you wont be delivering at all but hey, here's a delivery voucher. Wow, Thank you. I'm so grateful. NOT. You've lost a customer. To your voucher, thanks but no thanks. I won't be needing that. Buy something and wait a whole month again only to be disappointed in the end? THANK YOU.
