Late delivery - wrong order - not refunding!

Hi there

We placed our first order with Mr Delivery on 1 March 2013 and we had such good service that we decided to use them a second time on the 11 March 2013.

This time we had a FREE delivery voucher which we put on our order. When the order came the voucher was not redeemed and we had to accept it in CASH, the food was 3 hours late & the order was WRONG.

Ellen of Mr Delivery phoned and said sorry and we get a VOUCHER of R150 for our next order. This we placed on the 21 March 2013, giving the Voucher details as well as the FREE Delivery voucher we had again on the order - this meaning we were only supposed to pay R79.84. The FULL amount was taken from my credit card (R241.80) & when I complained they promised it will be reversed and the real amount of R79.84 was then also taken of my credit card. This mean that I paid R321.64 for an order which was supposed to be R79.84.

I have been promised now for a month that I will be refunded with NO LUCK.

I just want my refund - I will NOT use Mr Delivery again!
