Lets try again. I have a list of compliants against Groupon so long I can go on forever, but will stick to the most recent one as this is the last time I will be a fool for this thing called Groupon and have reached a point of lost money and frustrations that I honestly feel this company should be investigated for their lack of delivery/refunds/communication/loads of false advertising.
I bought the R99 Zando voucher on 25/02 and received a mail promising delivery on 26/02 so I immediately went to get my goods in my Zando basket ready and waiting for the Groupon voucher code. It is now a week later and still no voucher, communication or response to my numerous mails and phone call. I have lost the items I wanted to purchase due to everything I wanted sold out and now I just want a refund for this useless (yet again! ) service and false promises, but yet again I cannot get a response. True to Groupon's nature I will either never see this voucher or the refund or it will show up the day it expires and I will be told it expired I cannot get my refund. Really fed up with how much money and time I have wasted with sub-standard goods and services received, if at all, from Groupon.
