I purchased a sleeper coach on Groupon via an EFT.
It took a while for them to notify me that they received the money.
In the email they told me:
We will send you the details of your deal very shortly in a separate email.
This didn't happen at all when I called them they told me they were out of stock of the item and I would have to wait for new stock. After a while a received a message that explained to me how to order the sleeper coach. But no voucher was sent. So I called them again which is a 10 min wait every time and the person sounded surprised that I didn't received a voucher as they did receive my money. I was told my voucher would be fast tracked. So I waited a day and no voucher so I called the terrible customer service again and was then told that they had sold too many of the items and that I would have to receive a refund. I am now going to reply on the refund email and see what happens.
