Firstly, the promised 'voucher' that they sent me when I signed up wouldn't work. After numerous attempts and online messages, they eventually sent me another voucher code. I was surprised to find out that I still couldnt use the voucher even though the item I was buying was more that the R250 minimum and not on special. That aside, I went ahead and placed an order for a pair of shoes that they showed was in stock. I later received a message from them to say that the shoes were not in stock and did I want to order something else or would I like a refund. I replied to the message as instructed requesting a refund. I had no response, so over a week later I relied again requesting the refund.
This morning, 2 weeks after they took my money, they have still not replied or refunded me. I phoned them and they were not surprised to hear that I was annoyed. The lady who took my call said that she would arrange the refund, but that I should expect to wait for 7 days for the refund to be processed. I think this is a ridiculously long time to have to wait, when all they have to do is press a button to action the refund.
I just think that this is shocking! Zando? Zan-DONT!
