I have lodged a complaint before about my grandmothers cellphone, the cellphone we got with a voucher. We went to Game again today, and without any joy they gave her a cellphone that you can't even download "WhatsApp" on it at all. My grandmother is living alone and needs her cellphone desperately that she can use the "WhatsApp" as she does not use the SMS option anymore. It's much better and easier to use "WhatsApp". There is "NO WAY" that will recommend anybody to do an upgrade or just buy a cellphone from the Game Cellphone Kiosk at all. We are VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service and they also said that the cellphone has to be sent to Vodacom Customer Care in George, and that will take - 21 working days.
I hope sincerely that this whole upsetting episode will be resolved by Tuesday 8th October 2013.
Once again we are very very very disappointed.
