Okay so due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to pay my account last month, I phoned in and made an arrangement and was advised that my credit will be placed on hold until I pay, I agreed to this and everyone was happy. As promised I brought my account up to date by making a double payment in store on Tuesday and I tried buying but was told that the system did not pick up the payment yet (due to it being a public holiday) and I am to wait another day.
2 days have pased the system still doesn't know about the payment that I made in the Centurion store itself. My invoice also still states that I need to pay the account.
Twice I've had to go stand in a queue only to be told that I need to pay my account.
I am really not pleased at all. Please get this resolved. It really shouldn't take this long, it didn't take this long at another store where I had the same sort of issue, their system updated immediately.
