I HAVE BOUGHT A BEDROOM SUITE FROM HOMECHOICE NOVEMBER LAST YEAR AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS IT WAS EVENTUALLY DELIVERED TO US IN FEBRUARY 2013... MAY 2013 THE BASE BROKE. AFTER ONE MONTHS COMPLAINING AND CALLS I HAVE MADE, THEY HAVE SENT OUT TWO GUYS, THEY COULD NOT FIX THE BED BECAUSE THEY WERE SENT OUT WITH THE WRONG GOODS TO FIX THE BED, THEY STILL SAID THAT THEY WILL COME BACK IN NO LATER THEN A DAY OR TWO.. AFTER THAT DAY THEY DID NOT RETU WE PHONED HOMECHOICE NO RESPONSE WE EMAILED CUSTOR CARE NO RESPONSE I EVENTUALLY GOT WILLENE VAN ZYL MANAGER OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS EMAIL ADDRESS AND SENT HER TWO EMAILS ON SEPERATE OCASIANS. AFTER THE FIRST EMIAL SHE RESPONDED BASICLY IMMEDIATLY, WITH A PHONE CALL SAYING SHE WILL GET BACK TO ME IN A DAY OR TWO THEY HAVE DISAPPEARED. IT HAS BEEN A NOTHER 2 MONTHS AND STILL NO PHONE CALL - I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL RECENTLY AND ALSO NO REPLY - I'M FED UP WITH HOME CHOICE I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO MAKE ANY FUTHER INSTALLMENTS SINCE I GET NO ANSWERS FROM THEM ON HOW THEY ARE GOING TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM, I HAVE BEEN SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR THE LAST 4 MONTHS BUT HOMECHOICE DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE A BIT ABOUT THIS SITUATION
