RECTIFY ACCOUNT

I find it unacceptable that in a whole month your system cannot pick up my payments, and that you falsely accuse me that no payments have been made! I have now made a total payment of R 3400.00, and best hope that all is RECTIFIED TODAY! Due to your SYSTEM I am now getting a bad credit profile, when I always over pay my accounts!
Both payments being made in the month of March, first being the 07-03-2013 of R 1000.00 and the second payment on the 24-03-2013 of R 2400.00.
I have double checked that all my account information is correct when I made the payment.
I am now sick tired of the daily phone calls when i have sent proof of payment numerous times.
