I am a regular two trolley shopper here and things seem to be getting worse and worse. Stock not priced especially bread where preference seems to be given to the "brand of the day" and other brands not bothered to be priced. Groups of employees blocking isles while having chats about whatever? Staff talking so loudly to each other you would think there was an emergency. Isles being totally blocked by two or more stacker's and their trolleys working both sides at the same time and location. More than half the tills closed off (this after pay day?). Queues at each open till and the checkout is so slow that your frozen food defrosts while you wonder if there is a "go slow" strike happening. Management more concerned with how you exited the blocked off till area than even listening to your complaint.
Oh yes! I can take my business somewhere else... and I did.
