I have been shopping at Pick 'n Pay Norwood for a while now, not because I want to, but because its the only one near me. Sadly the experience just gets worse every time. The staff are very rude and keep blocking the isles. they will not get out of your way or acknowledge you in any way. There are constantly items without prices on the shelves. There are never enough tills open which means I always wait in queues 3 to 4 trolleys long to pay. I will now start shopping at Checkers or another store as I cannot take it anymore.
