I was at Pick n Pay Middelburg yesterday afternoon at 17:00. For a start there was hardly any trolleys available at the entrance because they were all standing around at the till points not being collected. You can't get to the till points because of all the trolleys there.
There was also only 6 out of the 19 till points open and that at the busiest time of the day!
Many of the items on the shelves were also not priced or incorrectly priced or the price at the wrong item. There was also no prices to be found on the sale table items.
The price point machines was also out of service, which is a constant occurence.
We are really getting fed up with the service we are getting from this branch. We have on numerous occasions taken this up with the branch manager, but to date have not seen any improvement in the store.
