Everyday my girlfriend and I stop at the steeledale PNP to buy a loaf of bread or some odd things here and there. We reach the PNP at around 5pm and we only go home at 6pm. It is ridiculous how long the queues are at this shop. There are more than 20 tills there but at this time there are maybe 5 open and its rush hour, we just finished work and want to go home but we have to wait and wait to pay at the tellers. I cant understand, but why do the other tellers close their tills so early? I Promise you everyday i have to pass there as i live just behind the PNP so its convenient for me but can you imagine spending 1 hour in a line to pay for 1 loaf of bread? Its ridiculous! The tellers have no energy, they dont even greet you when you get to the tills, the first thing they ask is " Do you have a smart shopper " And to top it off they are so slow. This just goes to show that there is poor management in this area.
