Customer's request denied with very Bad attitude

Hi my name is Charmaine, I purchased a Glam Palm hair straightener and with it I received a R250 gift voucher, upon calling to set up an appointment to go in, Anisha answered the telephone and after booking an appointment and requesting a cut as well, which notably is an additional service at an additional cost which is so stated on their voucher, I was told that there is only one person who cuts hair, her name Rea the owner who was currently on leave, in the most arrogant and rude manner, upon asking for the details of the owner I was told she is not reachable or contactable. It is indeed very disappointing, I have chosen to deal with Sixty Three Hair Salon despite them being out of the area in which I live in because I assumed that they were professional and would offer a high level of service, sadly this was not the case, more to the point the ladies attitude was "this is our policy like it or lump" and eventually put the phone down on me despite me still hanging on the phone. My advise to Hair Studio is find an additional "CUTTER" because this is required by YOUR customer and the customer's needs should come first..
