I purchased a groupon for Lavish hair salon. Some time had gone by and I still hadn't used my voucher. I then received an email from groupon informing me that Lavish hair salon closed down and all their groupons were redirected to Rootz Hair Salon. I phoned two weeks in advance to book my appointment. The company only has a cell number and when I phoned it seemed as if the person who answered was driving. I asked to make the appointment for Wednesday the 19th of June. She said she thinks they have an opening but she will call me back and let me know. She did not call me back. I called her back the next day and she said it was fine for that day. When I arrived there was no appointment made for me. The lady at the desk was so extremely rude. She said they do not accept groupons from Lavish anymore which they could have told me on the phone. I then called groupon and they spoke to her but she flat out refused to help me and told he lady from groupon she was not going to help me. Groupon handled the situation very well and said they would look into the situation and give me a refund (which they have done in the past). The service was pathetic and I dont recommend this salon to anyone!!
