I bought Groupon voucher for a Brazilian blow at Capelli. After phoning the salon a couple of times and being told the lady doing the bookings is not in and I should phone back. I finally got her mobile number yesterday.
I send her a SMS, nicely asking if I could have an appointment on a specific day. As the voucher states "hair below the shoulder will incur additional costs" I mentioned that my hair was about as long as my bra strap and asked how much extra I will be charged. Her response? "I don't do long hair." I replied saying again I've bought the voucher, only to be told "cancel it".
This is extremely bad service.
I waited to get a Groupon at a salon name I thought I could trust only to be sorely disappointed and highly annoyed.
