I bought a Samsung phone 13/07/2013' taken from display counter, within 2 months encountered problems with charging socket, took it to Springs where I bought it, only to be told I must take it to Benoni Vodacom care? Which I eventually did, a day after was called that a certain part needs to be replaced and a payment of R634, must be paid, my question is where is the warranty from the supplier? Why Jet stores shift the buck? I purchased the phone from them, why now I must deal with network provider whereas my problem has nothing to do with network, but workmanship or Samsung warranty?
