I'd like to express how disappointed I am in Samsung as a Brand.
In October 2011 my husband, being recently married, bought our first TV. We insisted that it be Samsung as we believe it to be such a good brand.
We have since then purchased several other appliances and they are all SAMSUNG.
our TV now has broad white lines running through it from top to bottom. It is a 40 inch LCD. this TV was a big investment for us and we'd hate to loose it.
No-one wants to even listen to use since the TV is "out of warranty".
My question is - why do TVs have such a short warranty, they're big cash outlays.
Is there no way that SAMSUNG could please extend the warranty, to retain us as clients?
I look forward to hearing from someone.
I am deeply disappointed.
