I have noticed on this forum this is not the 1st complaint from Meyerton branch! i was looking for a lounge sweet and a baige colour was didplayed, i wanted black i was told the black is the same as the baige but once delivered i found the single chair was not a rocker and the couches didnt have plastic on the bottom that i asked for like the display one had. the zip is also damaged. Numsa says according to the manager this suite is discontinued but i can take other stock she has for R3000 more. i paid cash for this on the 23rd September and would just like to inform you that should the Meyerton branch procrastinate in getting this sorted i want to cancel the deal and have a full refund as i wont wait until i am out of the cooling off period to cancel, other goods i looked at were cracked and damaged i was spending over R30, 000 cash and all they wanted to give me in the way of a discout was a duvet cover and said no dicount on the damaged goods if i was prepared to take them!!! 1st and last time i will ever deal with Bears or any subsidery very dissapointed custome
