BAD (NO) CUSTOMER SERVICE

WE BOUGHT A GOMMA GOMMA FLORENTINE LOUNGE SUITE AT THE END OF 2012 AT BEARS SECUNDA (UNFORTUNATELY PAID CASH FOR IT). IN JULY THE ONE ARM CHAIR'S LEATHER WAS SPLITTING. BEARS FETCHED THE CHAIR AND THE MANAGER STILL COMPLIMENTED ME ON THE GOOD CONDITION OF THE REST OF THE SUITE AND OTHER FURNITURE. AFTER A MONTH THE CHAIR WAS RETURNED TO US AND WE IMMEDIATELY SAW THAT IT WAS NOT MY CHAIR. THE LEATHER APPEARED LIGHTER AND THE CHAIR WAS DAMAGED AT THE BOTTOM. THE FOOT PIECES OF THE CHAIR WAS SCRATCHED AND DAMAGED AND A NAIL STICKING OUT OF THE ONE FOOT PIECES DAMAGED MY WOODEN FLOORS. I AM GETTING NO ASSISTANCE FROM BEARS IN SECUNDA OR THEIR CUSTOMER CARE. I AM CONTINUOUSLY PHONING THE CUSTOMER CARE (CLAIM REFERENCE NO 187620) AND THEY PROMISE TO PHONE ME BACK BUT NEVER DO.
