Poor after sale service

I bought a bed in March 2012 for my holiday flat in Illovo, The branch in Amanzimtoti delivered the bed for us.
This bed had only been slept on for about 20days in total. In June when we were in at the holiday flat that bed we had problem with it. Since then when I reported the bed at Dial a bed in Montana Rhyno van Rensburg assured me that they will sort this problem. After several phone calls Sylvia from Durban branch called me 11/9/2013 and promise that the bed will be returned with a new bed within 2weeks. Up to date nothing had been done yet
