I received unacceptable customer service form Jabulani (Soweto) branch, I walked into the store looking to purchase a beverage, the Kiosk or cigarette counter was empty went there with the one item I was buying the lady told me blunt that she won't assist me, I asked her why; she said you must go back and pay the tills as they are not allowed to bill things from the shop but only from the Kiosk, why do they offer us such bad service? Is it because their stores are mostly located black townships or have a black market? Is that the reason? I've been to pick n pay, Checkers, Woolworths etc this was the first time I heard such an absurd protocol... I was @ this store on Friday 15 February @ 19:40 I opted to leave what ever I was buying, to go to another store and she was not bothered, in fact she was relieved that I was going. Let's show these people they need us as clients/ customers not the other way around, Shoprite staff is rude and don't care about the customer, I had an incident also @ the Naledi store and when i called for the Manager she told me she is busy!!! This is bbbaaaaaadddddd I am avoiding Soprite from now on, I deserve better service if i am spending my money.
