Airtime cancellation

I have been an Edgar's account holder for almost 9years and I took an airtime subscription in 2011 and cancelled it 2012 September 16 but till today I am still being charged for something that I don't even get on monthly basis. I went to one of the Edgars branches n the lady who was helpings was helpful and she phoned head office and I spoke to the consultant and he said they will phone me with in 48hrs till today I haven't got their call
