I bought a 9300 on my account last year march, the phone worked perfect until I started having problems this year, I took it back and received a new phone, the problem now is that the new phone I received had a problem with the scroler, I took it back to markhams in zevenwacht they looked at the phone but I still had the same problem with the phone after taking it back the 3rd time the sales consultant at Markhams advised me that my account would be credited should I bring it in the 4th time which I did because now its not only the scroler I have a problem with but the battery life on the phone doesn't last, After taking it back the 4th time they only advised me that Vodacom no longer have that policy where as my account would be credited so it needs to go back for assessment, they contacted me I took the phone only to take it back the 5th time, problem not solved. My question is as a sales consultant should you not be updated daily if policies changes? This is now the 4th week my phone is with Markhams/ repairs and they still don't have an answer as to what's wrong with my phone, I'm not only waisting my time but I waisting fuel driving up and down to Markhams.
