I have also received a very unprofessional letter in the mail today, advising me that my account will be closed on 31 January 2014. Your comments & explanation on the reason for closing my account being "insufficient information on my account, systems and other compliance related matters" being the reason for closing my account, will be highly appreciated. After about 25 years of being a loyal customer and an excellent credit record, I find this type of conduct unacceptable.
