I cannot thank you for your response as it did not help at all.
Again I spoke to people that called me who lacked the product knowledge, the last gent that called me mentioned it was an err on their side forgetting to update the web store by removing a product that was no longer part of their bundle..
Really..POOR SERVICE and attempt and rectifying it..
Leaves a customer not very confident about purchasing a financial service..well if there was the product to purchase..
