My fiance & came to Edgars The Glen to purchase some goods from the store, when we got to the counter to pay!! The manager had to eventually help us & still no luck!! Not only does my account say nothing due by 1st next month, but i done a payment on my account of R500 and tried to purchase the goods at like R350, only to be told by the manager behind the counter who I didn't know at the time she was the manager that I cannot purchase the goods, but I've done this numerous times at other Edgars stores, so they had to reverse my eft payment etc...!! I had already been there for 40min and I was very calm until I asked for a manager, then the lady replies & says abruptly to my Fiance & that she is the manager & that we in the wrong!! Sry annot accept that!! The manageress name is Mphonyana Lekotlogo!! Pls can I have the CEO name and number of Edcon (Edgars) as I am livid!! I will not acceppt less than the CEO's name & number!!
