I Nigel Roets with I'd 7903045029087 bought a blackberry Q5 from american swiss 21-09-2013 in midrand. I was informed by sbongile radebe and all the other ladies in the store that the phone was working with normal BIS which was not the case after I tried setting up the phone. I was also not informed that u need to set up the phone with Wi Fi which I don't have where I am staying. I called vodacom customer care from another prepaid number 0766078778 at around 5pm and numerous time the same afternoon to find out if the new simcard was active for 0722435499 after I had to do a simswop because the Q5 operate with a micro sim which they confirmed it was active. I was driving around to try and setup the phone with wi fi at 2 mcdonalds with no luck and could not use the phone. I could not return the phone to midrand store because they closed at 2pm and I was working. I called centurion american swiss to find out if I could return the phone and they agreed. After getting there and explaining the situation, they refuse to take the phone back. I spoke to Lindi the store manager on the phone and she also refuse to take the phone back and referred me to the area manager claudia. I just need a credit
