BAD SERVICE & PASSING THE BUCKET

AGAIN DISAPPOINTED SERVICE OF AMERICAN SWISS VANGATE MALL AND MTN, SAME ISSUE HAS ARISE WITH MY PHONE AND WONDER WHAT THERE STORY WILL BE THIS TIME... PHONE WAS NEARLY TWO WEEKS AWAY AND NO FOLLOW UP WAS DONE. IF THIS IS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN I DON'T KNOW... THE PROBLEM IS I PAID CASH FOR A NEW BLACKBERRY 9300. A MONTH OR TWO LATER I RETURN IT AND THEY GIVE ME SOME OTHER PERSON PHONE WITH CONTACTS DETAILS AND PICTURES ON IT, WHICH IS CALLED A REFURBISH PHONE (IN OTHER WORDS SECOND HAND PHONE). I TOOK THE PHONE BACK AND SAID THIS IS NOT RIGHT CAUSE I PAID FOR A NEW PHONE AND NOT A REFURBISHED PHONE AND ACTUALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT PROBLEMS THAT PHONE HAD. TWO WEEKS AGO FROM TODAY THE SAME PROBLEM OCCUR WITH THE PHONE. MEANING THE PHONE I SENT THE PHONE AWAY TO AMERICAN SWISS FOR THE 4TH TIME WITH SAME ISSUE... TODAY I FOLLOW UP (4 JULY) BY CALLING MTN 083 9000 349 AS AMERICAN SWISS CANNOT DO BECAUSE CUSTOMERS DON'T COME 1ST FOR THEM FOR SOME REASON BUT ANYWAY MTN TELLS ME THAT THEY NOT REPAIRING PHONE CAUSE ITS NOT THERE PROBLEM AND WILL COST THEM MORE SINCE THIS PHONE IS OFF THE MARKET DUE AND HAD FULL OF PROBLEMS... WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THAT AND WHAT IS AMERICAN SWISS GOING TO
