SO ON THE 8 JULY 2013 ONE OF AMERICAN SWISS STAFF PHONE TO SAY THAT I SHOULD PLEASE PICK UP MY BROKEN PHONE CAUSE THEY WONT BE LIABLE FOR THE DAMAGE AND WONT FIX IT. SINCE THAT TIME, 4 JULY 2013 I WAS WAITING ON RESPONSE FROM AMERICAN SWISS TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE 1ST COMPLAIN WHICH VANESSA DA ROCHA SAID IN THAT SHE WILL PASS COMPLAINT ON TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR AREA MANANGER AND THEY WILL CONTACT ME IN WHICH NO ONE EVER DID UNTIL THIS DAY. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS... LATE TUESDAY EVENING 10/7/2013 MTN CALLS ME TO SAY THAT AMERICAN SWISS SHOULD SORT ME OUT AND NOT THEM... IT'S NEARLY 3 WEEKS WITHOUT A PHONE AND RESPONSE AND SERVICE IS SO BAD...
