I took goods on credit and then that contract was cancelled. A new contract was formed, the term was 30 months. I settled the account in 18 months but I paid more than double what I bought for. When I got the settlement letter I noticed that I was invoiced twice (for the cancelled and new contract). When I asked for a settlent amount I was told to use the balance. My problem is that I wasn't given a new contract. I feel I was overcharged because the settlement letter reflects two invoice amounts.
