The capital amount of the contract was R6, 990.62 less paid: R10, 515.85 which settles the capital amount in terms of the contract 30 mnths (2years and 6 mnths) the deficit of R2, 390.22 should be paid towards interest which includes the amount of R1, 135.01 for service fee. The insurance should be disregarded and cancelled as there is only a 12 month warranty on electrical appliances. I will not pay any cent further due to the fact that your outstanding balance is now the same as the capital amount R6, 6990.62 and has now reached induplum. This is now going for the 4th year that i am paying this account which is not accurate according to our contract agreement. I am still waiting for feedback from Shaneen P for feedback and my settlement letter as requested 07th May, 2013.This is very poor and ridiculous service from your stores!
