We were looking for furniture in December 2012. We went to furniture city at four ways crossing. We got there late but Victor made sure we got his card and returned the following day. We went back and told him what he wanted and at that time he was a good sales person, addressed our concerns and took us through the whole application process. We bought a tv, washing machine, sleigh bed, matress, table with 4 chairs and ottomans. After signing the contract, that's when it all went wrong, it was on 7th January. Delivery was on Saturday the 12th, after being promised it would be done after 3days. We received everything but the mattress and 1chair. In all that victor was adamant it would be rectified by the Tuesday 15th January. Even with us going to the shop to enquire and calling in the store for feedback both victor and his manager have been appalling in response and feedback. Today is the 27th of January and still no mattress and chair. African bank's curtesy call enquiring if we have our goods before they start debiting our account has also produced no results. Can someone address this and advise us what action will taken???
