I purchased I blackbery celphone on a 6 month interest bearing account on 2/7/2012. from the word go this phone was faulty and after returning it for repairs twice after the problem became worse, I was told after a long period of numerous wasted phone calls between Truworths canal and the Head office that I could get a new cellphone. After being told that there's no stock i decided to cancel the cellphone and to have my account credited and also told by Glenda that I could not get interest paid on this purchase re embursed, which i feel is unacceptable. I tried getting hold of their complaints manager, been put on hold for ages when I asked for email addresses. I eventually sent an email to Truwoths complaints forum, who replied with a Ref (AR179425) (776841) and still has had no response from them. To crown it all my latest statement reflect that I'm still being charged interest on this cellphone that was paid up end of December 2012. I realy don't know how to get through to these guys. UNECCEPTABLE!!!
