On the 20th July - My husband took his watch in for some repairs - He needed some general repairs done and a new casing and strap - It has now been 8 weeks and this watch is still in - I have phoned twice and each time I was promised that someone would contact me regarding this however I am still waiting - I was told someone would phone me before 12pm today .. and tick tock!
I believe the strap was only ordered on the 6th September - Why is this so? More than a month after it has been in and goods are only been ordered then - On your slip it clearly states that imports should they be required take 6 weeks - It is now 8 weeks and I am still waiting.
Whilst the gentleman in the store has been very helpful he cannot do much as this comes from head office or your repairs department! Time to catch a wake up as it reflects poorly on your store who have nothing to do with it.
