Bought a pair of jeans yesterday at the store. Security checked the goods in the bag and as I left I thought I heard the alarm going off at the door. I turned around and the security and staff member just looked at me. I therefore assumed that it had nothing to do with me.
Only this morning did I realise that the magnetic button was not removed when I paid for the item. It is now of no use to me.
No the agony really starts. I tried to contact the manager but not available to take a call. I tried to obtain a number for a management person responsible for this area. What a joke!! 3 times I phoned and still no one was willing to provide me with CORRECT number. At one stage I was given an extension number of I do not know who
I live 20 km's from town. This means an extra trip of 40km's to have the magnetic button removed HOPEFULLY
