On 2013-09-19 at about 16:30 I asked an Edgars employee at the Northgate Edgars Custmer Care to please print me a statement. He replied in a very rude attitude and said he is not allowed to and asked me if i dont get it on email? He refused to print that little piece of paper for me. How rude can you be? So I walked to CNA and the lady printed it with a SMILE. THANK YOU TO HER.
To that Northgate Edgars employee: your service is disgusting.
