We recently bought the Nivea Shaving Gel for Sensitive Skin. We always buy this product as my husband feels this was the best for his skin. When be bought it now again, the supposed "gel" is like water that just runs out. We are really disappointed as you cannot return it to Pick & Pay (where originally bought), because they see it as already used. I mean, we pay R 59.99 for something we cannot use now! I do not know about Nivea, but we do not have these types of monies to be thrown around, and would like quality for our money.
And there is no contact centre you can phone for Nivea South Africa to dispute this. Only a form you have to complete on the website. I think it is truly ridiculous! If Nivea wants to make the prices so expensive on all their products, at least give us value for our money!
