Pathetic Service & attitude from Staff

Went into the Capitec bank at the to make a deposit into my account and after standing in the queue for sometime i was assisted by a girl named Bee. I told her i would like to make a deposit and gave her R800 and my deposit was for R650, she said that she did not have change to give me and asked the other lady that was with her and she said no. She told me that i could not do the deposit because she had no change to give me and i explained to her that i just waited in a queue aswell as i have a debit order that goes off my account at midnight and she said that there was nothing that she could do and that she has no change. I asked her why does she not have change if they are a bank and they should assist me and get change. She started raising her voice at me & rolled her eyes and said that she didnt have change and gave me back the money. I told her to call her Manager and she said that there was a supervisor. The supervisor spoke to her behind a wall & didnot even acknowledge me and all they did was giggle. The lady found change somehow and came back & slammed the pen an slip on the counter and then my change aswell & gave me total attitude. I was treated like a DOG!
