NO CHANGE! NO ASSISTANCE!

On the 15th January 2014 rond about 9H42 a.m i went to buy airtym at this store i qued round about 15 minutes because the other cashier was busy assisting customers who were buying a cellphone, this cashier NHLAHLA refused to help me because she didn't have a change for the amount i was holding, i asked her if she can call the other cshier to come and assist her with the change, she said no i cannot do that! i asked if she can print airtym in the meantime then i can wait for the change, she refused again, i asked if she is going to assist me she said no, i waited for that cashier (Maria) to finish because i wanted the airtym anyway.

i am not so sure, if this is what her manager told her to tell the customers/ what? and what i 'm sure of is that if i was a white person (let me apologise to mention this) she was going to assist.

Is it good to have such staff in a retail store?
